　　所有车辆必须买“交强险” 

　　根据日前保监会的相关规定显示，“交强险”是我国首个法定的强制保险，其具体含义是指“由保险公司对被保险机动车发生道路交通事故造成的本车人员和被保险人以外的受害人的人身伤亡、财产损失，在责任限额内予以赔偿的强制性责任保险。” 

　　由于是法律规定的强制性责任保险，所以其对每辆要上路的机动车辆都具有强制力。就是说，凡是要上路的机动车辆都得购买一份该保险（家用车1份保费为1050元，保额为6万元）。 

　　“交强险”与商业车险完全不同 

　　据介绍，“交强险”与目前已有的商业性机动车第三者责任保险等商业性保险的性质是完全不同的。 

　　商业车险是保险公司根据被保险人在交通事故中所承担的事故责任来确定其赔偿责任。而“交强险”实行的是“无过错责任”原则，即无论被保险人是否存在过错，保险公司均将在6万元限额内给予赔偿。“交强险”涵盖了所有道路交通风险范围，且并不设免赔率和免赔额，这一点也与商业车险不同。最后，“交强险”不是以营利为目的险种，而一种强制性险种。 

　　购买“交强险”应注意六大事项 

　　既然“交强险”是每辆车都得购买的强制性保险，那么车主在投保时应该注意些什么呢？
